The risk sharing and remedy mechanism is fundamental for any contract and needs to be understood properly at the time of project development, bidding, project implementation, funding, entering into strategic alliances etc. The risk sharing mechanism would directly impact project’s bankability and viability for both government as well as private developer. Our in-house sound risk assessment and management expertise helps us in developing a balanced contract across sectors, leading to development of an appropriate bid strategy for both government as well as private developers.
